The Resurrection: It Really Happened!
1 Corinthians 15:1-11
The disciples, on the morning after the Sabbath, and three days after the Lord Jesus had been placed in that borrowed tomb, made a glorious discovery. An angel was there and asked the question “why do you seek the living among the dead?” He goes on to proclaim the most wonderful message that “He (Jesus) is not here; He is risen!” What a glorious truth we celebrate, not only on Easter, but everyday of our lives as people who have been born again. It was the glorious resurrection that authenticated to the disciples that all of this is REAL! Paul tells the Corinthians and all of us that the resurection has been confirmed…

II. Confirmed by God’s Word – (v. 3-4)
III. Confirmed by Eyewitnesses – (v. 5-9)
IV. Confirmed by the Convinced – (v. 10-11)
What a message we have to preach to a world that is lost; a glorious message of HOPE!
